Globalbasic.com Answers is a questions and answers site. It is grown by a community of users creating a huge computer related database of questions and answers. The Globalbasic.com Answers Service is reserved as “Services”. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any updates, modifications, new or additional features, enhancements to current services are also subject to the Terms of Use.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS; CHANGES TO Terms of Use

Our Terms of Use are in place in order to provide Services, which may be updated from time to time. Each time changes are made to our Terms of Use, a revised copy will be provided on our Site. Continue of use of the Services provided by us, in addition to any part thereof, following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not wish to bound by our Terms of Use, please discontinue your use of our Services immediately.

5. POSTINGS TO THE SERVICES

Globalbasic.com may allow you to post, email, or else make available questions, answers, comments or information (collectively, "Postings".) You may only submit Postings that you created or that you have permission to submit and that do not violate copyright, trademark, or any other rights of third parties. Globalbasic.com do not claim ownership of any Postings that you may submit. However, by submitting Postings to any of the other Services, you grant us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, and sub-licensable license to use, copy, display, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display the Postings (in whole or in part) and to incorporate the Postings into other works in any format or medium now or later known.

You acknowledge that Globalbasic.com is not obligated to pre-screen content submitted by members, but that Globalbasic.com shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is made available via Globalbasic.com by any user that violates the Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable.

Globalbasic.com respects the intellectual property of others and asks you to do the same. Globalbasic.com may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, terminate your right to use any of the Services for any reason, including, but not limited to, if you are a repeat infringer. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please submit in email your complaint to support@globalbasic.com.

We at Globalbasic.com has the right during any time, and from time to time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Globalbasic.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance.

7. DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS OR THIRD PARTY VENDORS

Globalbasic.com may include advertisements on the Services, which are necessary for Globalbasic.com to provide the Services to its users free of charge. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers or third party vendors found on or through the Services, including payment and delivery of related goods or products, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser or third party vendor. Any question, complaints, or claims should be directed to the appropriate advertiser or third party vendor. Additionally, all product reviews and ratings are informative for those wishing to use them, but they do not guarantee any level of performance by a third party vendor in any transaction. You agree that Globalbasic.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers or third party vendors or product reviews or ratings on the Services.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Globalabsic.com, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, claims, demands or costs of any kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of litigation, arising from (i) your Postings or other content you submit, post, transmit, email, or otherwise make available through the Services, (ii) your use of or reliance on the Services, (iii) your connection to the Services, (iv) your violation of the Terms of Use, or (v) your violation of any rights of another party.


12. TRADEMARK INFORMATION

The Globalabsic.com name, trademarks and logos are trademarks of Globalabsic.com. Without our written prior permission, you agree not to display, or use in any manner, the marks of Globalabsic.com. The trademarks, logos, and service marks not owned on behalf of Globalabsic.com and that are displayed on the Services are the registered or unregistered marks of their respective owners. No rights are granted by Globalabsic.com to use such marks, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

13. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

The Terms of Use and the relationship between you and Globalabsic.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of TENNESSEE without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Globalabsic.com agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and forum convenience of the federal and state courts located in Memphis, TENNESSEE.

14. SEVERABILITY; ENGLISH LANGUAGE

If any provision in the Terms of Use should be held illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to render it enforceable without losing its intent, or severed from the Terms of Use if no such modification is possible, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect. The controlling language of the Terms of Use is English. If you have received a translation into another language, it has been provided for your convenience only.

15. HEADINGS

The headings to the sections of the Terms of Use are used for convenience only and shall have no substantive meaning or impact on the interpretation of the Terms of Use.

16. LOCATION OUTSIDE THE U.S.

If you are located outside the U.S., then you are responsible for complying with any local laws in your jurisdiction that might impact your right to use the Services, and you represent that you have complied with any regulations or registration procedures required by applicable law to make the Terms of Use enforceable.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Globalabsic.com and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Globalabsic.com. Please note, however, that some Services may have additional or different terms related specifically to such Service only ("Service Terms"). The Service Terms are in addition to the general terms and conditions in the Terms of Use. If there is any conflict between the Terms of Use and the Service Terms, the Service Terms will govern with respect to that particular Service. Some terms contained in the Terms of Use may not be applicable to a particular Service, in which case, such inapplicable terms will not apply to you with respect to that particular Service.
