I want to know if comcast blocks filesharing?

I live in east memphis and be online a lot.  I watch videos, download torrents and connect on facebook.  During certain times when I download torrents, I get disconnected instantly.  My download speed also seem to get slower.  Do comcast have a bandwith limit for their customers?  What's up.

At one time they did but i do not believe they block filesharing anymore.  It was a lawsuit file in regards to this issue back in 1998 and about a year later they changed and release restrictions.  I use it myself and I have Comcast with no problems.  Hope this helps.
